Well, Kenny Goss may not be up for it, but (If it is true as reported) Michael + Channel 4 = Wife Swap?? Man, thats funny!
Aparantly its a hit show on Channel 4? I’ve never heard of it myself. Celebrity gay wifeswap?
Michael is falling into the trap of the reality TV shows! Quick, someone chuck him a rope and pull him out!! 
I want to say “Michael, don’t do it”. Well, he’s just up for a laugh isn’t he. But where does he go from there? You can tell I don’t understand show business. Celebrity Gay Wifeswap?
I can imagine this will get a few chins waggin. I wish I’d seen the programme now so I had an idea of what he was letting himself in for.
All I keep remembering is the gal who went on wifeswap who was like, “Sainsburys is only over the road look”. (that was effin Lizzy…innit) It was fun to watch.
Well, we shall see. 
Oh..hang on a minute… I’m being thick, they must have meant the original wife swap series when they said the hit show. I always thought it was on ITV for some reason? What an idiot! Sorry Channel 4. I’ll just get me coat.
I saw it discussed on digital spy network (been following the infamous buy jodie’s celeb bb suitKase scandal/saga…!!!)(haven’t seen liz on their 4 a while…I miss her!…awwww….)
I would love to see this show!!!don’t care if its on C4!about time they did a gay “wifey” swap ..esp so we can see if any problems re doing things differently…and more of Michael’s “international cuisine”…and …er…cooking;

I saw ‘Celebrity’ Wife Swap once with Jade and Jeff swapping with the coughing Millionaire cheat Charles ? and his wife. The latter couple were living on the edge of bankruptcy and desperate for money. It was quite good but not exactly compelling TV as I wasn’t that interested in them. Jeff has become a serial celebrity contestant since then as it seems to be the only way he can get on TV.
So, unless Michael does it for charity which would then take away the implication that he is only doing it to try to get his career back on track – as is the case with most of these celebrity reality shows – then he should leave it. Anyway, George Michael in the emotional mess that he is right now, wouldn’t be the ideal swop partner. So I’m not sure – it depends how it is done and who the other couple are. If they had someone who is successful anyway, who obviously isn’t desperate for TV exposure and who people would tune in to watch in their millions, then it wouldn’t be too bad. But it is a risk to his reputation and would be best left well alone as it could damage his credibility. The non-celebrity partner has to be at ease in front of the camera too otherwise it makes uncomfortable viewing. Shaun seems quite shy although a lovely guy. And then where would they do it – usually they spend the time in eachs other’s homes. I suppose that it would have to be in NZ and the UK. However, I have to admit that I would actually be quite interested to see Michael’s home.
I haven’t seen the thread about it on Digital Spy Forums, Paul. I will have a look right now and see what they are saying and whether my contribution is required.
I did see the one about Jodie’s suitcase. I was horrified when reports of the first bids came in (minimum starting bid requirement 1,000 pounds!) but pleased to find out that they were hoax bids and it wasn’t sold. I felt a bit sorry for her but was relieved that her fantasy about her own popularity and importance to the world wasn’t further fed (did you see that if the buyer added an extra 1,000 pounds she would deliver it personally!). Also the cause she was supporting wasn’t a worthy one – a few days in the recording studio for her brother who, according to her blog, spends the nights with her and her crowd drinking to excess in night-clubs and probably the days sleeping it off. Do their parents ever wonder what they have done wrong!
Never thought about Shaun doing it as well? Oh blimey, I don’t know, I just think Michael is in a better league than this. Michael is a true celebrity with talent wheras celebs who go on shows like this are generally the ones who are labelled a celebrity by going on BB, or famous for clubbing (TPT), in other words, no real talent.
I would think it would be about rebuilding his career, just not sure this is the best way to go about it.
I guess in my mind its like fitting a square peg in a round hole in the sense of we are used to him being the entertainer/presenter on family tv shows, and now it is reality tv shows, arrhhh..I don’t like it.
Surely C4 can come up with something better for him?
I would welcome seeing Micahel on ANY show as he has nothing to hide
and it would be entertaining
and I dont think they have done a GAY one(MALE OR FEMALE i want to see lesbians wife swapping…er in that show at least…!!!) yet so that would be interesting whether celebrities or not
